The room was a great size and the breakfast was superb.

I found the storage solutions for clothes and luggage shockingly inadequate given the price point. My husband kept his bag on the floor for our entire stay. I rearranged things to move my bag, as there was no space for belongings. The hotel seemed more like a mini mart with items they were trying to upsell everywhere.

The staff was ALWAYS helpful and polite. They arranged airport transfers and restaurant reservations promptly. I took full advantage of the spa facilities, including the steam room and sauna. The experience rivaled top-tier establishments, like Four Seasons, which I very much appreciated. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee, a welcome addition delivered right to my room!

The gym equipment felt a little outdated! though it was functional.

Breakfast included champagne service, very good. The restaurant team remembered my preferences, providing diet coke with ice each morning. The restaurant's service was great, and the server made excellent recommendations. I am thankful.

The room was spacious, contained plenty of storage, and included a cleverly hidden television inside the enormous mirror. Bed linen was high-quality, the bathroom had premium ingredients, and cleaning was done to high standards. The room was always kept very clean.
