inadequate storage solutions mini mart

The room was a great size and the breakfast was so great.

I found the storage solutions for clothes and luggage shockingly inadequate given the price point. My husband kept his bag on the floor for our entire stay. I rearranged things to move my bag, as there was no space for belongings. The hotel seemed more like a mini mart with items they were trying to upsell everywhere.

The staff was ALWAYS helpful and polite. They arranged airport transfers and restaurant reservations promptly. I took full advantage of the spa facilities, including the steam room and sauna. The experience rivaled top-tier establishments, like Four Seasons, which I very much appreciated. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee, a welcome addition delivered right to my room!

The gym equipment felt a little outdated! though it was functional.

The spa included a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. The gym contained three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and free weights. The hotel provided a secure underground garage for bicycle storage, a very useful thing. Artwork throughout the hotel was amazing.

Breakfast included champagne service, very good. The restaurant team remembered my preferences, providing diet coke with ice each morning. The restaurant's service was great, and the server made excellent recommendations. I am thankful.

The room was spacious, contained plenty of storage, and included a cleverly hidden television inside the enormous mirror. Bed linen was high-quality, the bathroom had premium ingredients, and cleaning was done to high standards. The room was always kept very clean.

Every staff member was attentive, a testament to their training. The culture seemed positive. Details like the fresh flower arrangements added a special touch. Breakfast had quality products and the room service was great!

The room's lighting was not optimal. I found the single lamp that didn't work to be a slight inconvenience.
